We aim to bring an excellent experience to your table. Diners can sample Mediterranean inspired dishes along with the finest of ingredients, sought right here in New Zealand. Savour our excellent wines and enjoy an evening alongside those who have popped in for a pizza, pasta or something more.

FROM OUR FRONT OF HOUSE – GEOFFROY BRINGEON

I’m 26 years old, French and Swiss. I started with an aeronautical engineering school and after 1 year I decided to change my career for Vatel, where I learned hotel management.

I worked between France, Switzerland and South Africa for 5 years within a luxury resort, where I learned each section of gastronomy. I started with breakfast, bar, room service, catering, stewarding, and finished with Gastronomique Restaurant where we won a Michelin star.

I left the luxury hospitality and went to New Zealand to share my passion and my knowledge about gastronomy.
